An integral part of the success of the Port Shopping Programs is the 30-day guarantee applied to any purchase made from an Onboard Media-recommended store. Onboard Media's Customer Relations team provides the support necessary for that guarantee, in effect acting as an outsourced customer-service center for each cruise line partner. Customer Relations hurdles the obstacles of time, language and distance to provide the best possible service to anyone who shops at a recommended store.
Guarantee
Cruise ship passengers shop with confidence at each of Onboard Media's recommended stores. All merchants on the Onboard Media Recommended and Guaranteed Port Shopping Program have been carefully selected and have paid a promotional fee to Onboard Media for inclusion in this program. Each merchant offers a 30-day guarantee to passengers, excluding buyer's negligence or buyer's remorse. The guarantee ensures buyers that all participating merchants will repair or replace any unsatisfactory item.
